Intense workout planned for today
I want to go now but I’m really exhausted for some reason. I think I woke up too early and didn’t allow myself to get enough sleep after the long day I had yesterday.
I’m going to do a repeat of the workout I did the other day that I’m still a little sore from.
Run 30 min on the treadmill
Tone It Up workouts - bikini strap, upper body workout, and itty bitty bikini. love those tone it up girls :]
