track run - 3.1 mi in 35 minutes

100 squats
post workout fuel: chobani vanilla 6oz. with kashi go lean cereal on top :]
I started my run with a little too much enthusiasm and ended up exhausting myself for the majority of the run :[ I know I shouldn’t do this but I was just itchin to run…and trying to beat an old lady in front of me haha…which I did.
I want to go now but I’m really exhausted for some reason. I think I woke up too early and didn’t allow myself to get enough sleep after the long day I had yesterday.
I’m going to do a repeat of the workout I did the other day that I’m still a little sore from.
Run 30 min on the treadmill

don’t let the word yoga fool you. I didn’t know I could sweat that much…
I have such a bad habit of snacking on processed foods. I LOVE salty stuff especially crackers but I eat way too much of them instead of other foods. As healthy as I am I have a lot of things to tweak. For the next week I’m going to choose whole foods to snack on instead of other things and…we’ll see how it goes :D
