Team in Training!!! ›

Hey everyone! I am so proud to be a member of Team In Training now! If you don’t know what Team in Training is, it is an organization that trains people for a particular race and in the meantime the participant has to raise money for the The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society with a goal in mind in order to run the race. I’ll be running in the Nike Women’s Marathon on October 14th in San Francisco!! My goal is $3,200 so if you would like to donate I would REALLY appreciate it! Here is a link to my fundraising page :D 75% of the donations goes towards finding a cure and better treatments for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma.

signed up for my first half marathon :]

I’m nervous…it’s going to be tough because there’s a lot of hills on this particular course but as long as I train correctly then it shouldn’t be horrible

I’ve always wanted to complete a half marathon and I can’t believe it’s finally going to happen this year

track run - 3.1 mi in 35 minutes

I started my run with a little too much enthusiasm and ended up exhausting myself for the majority of the run :[ I know I shouldn’t do this but I was just itchin to run…and trying to beat an old lady in front of me haha…which I did.

Intense workout planned for today

I want to go now but I’m really exhausted for some reason.  I think I woke up too early and didn’t allow myself to get enough sleep after the long day I had yesterday.

I’m going to do a repeat of the workout I did the other day that I’m still a little sore from.

Run 30 min on the treadmill

Tone It Up workouts - bikini strap, upper body workout, and itty bitty bikini. love those tone it up girls :]
