I want to go now but I’m really exhausted for some reason. I think I woke up too early and didn’t allow myself to get enough sleep after the long day I had yesterday.
I’m going to do a repeat of the workout I did the other day that I’m still a little sore from.
Run 30 min on the treadmill

I forgot to set my alarm last night…so really it’s not the alarm’s fault. So I woke up too late to get to the classes I wanted to at the gym. Instead I made my own playlist for my cycle session today :] I’m actually excited about this…
